When you think of the compounds that made the bodybuilding greats and local gym legends, you think testosterone, deca, clenbuterol, equipoise, primo, dbol, tren, and other classic staples that we’ve used forever.

But today, I will introduce you to one of the newer, and the most potent of all oral steroids. The one that got it’s start blowing up high school football players’ bench press by 80lbs, and slapping on 20lbs of mass in the process;

Superdrol.

What Kind Of Steroid Is It?

Superdrol is a dht derivative. More specifically, superdrol is a derivative of masteron.

Chemistry is boring, and I did badly in it. So to spare you the lesson, the 17a alkylation means they tweaked the masteron molecule just a tiny bit, and the addition prevented destruction during the first pass through the liver, giving us a new, orally bioavailable super steroid.

The exact same chemical relationship also exists between boldenone and dbol, testosterone and methyl-testosterone, as well as an obscure injectable anadrol backbone that was never released, and our beloved anadrol.

None of this really has any kind of application but it’s a fun meathead fact.
